Privacy · Last updated June 12, 2026
Privacy should be understandable before you submit anything.
This notice describes the information Operative Signal currently collects through subscriptions, contact, contributions, and administrative operations.
Information collected
Forms may collect an email address, name, organization, role, message, consent choice, and information you voluntarily provide about a proposed resource or collaboration. Basic technical logs may be processed by hosting and security providers.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to messages, manage newsletter interest, review contributions, operate the service, prevent abuse, and maintain records of consent and editorial decisions. Operative Signal does not claim ownership of clinical data merely because a contributor contacts the project.
Sensitive and clinical data
Do not submit identifiable patient information, confidential clinical recordings, or material you are not authorized to share through ordinary forms or email. A contribution inquiry is not an approved clinical-data transfer pathway.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate the site or disclosed when legally required. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from communications by using the contact form on the Community page. Legal rights vary by location and may be subject to required record retention.
